Product name, content, credits, duration, currency, tax-inclusive price, discounts and limits are shown on the payment page and store product page. Prices may differ by region, channel or promotion.

Credits are granted after our server verifies the completed purchase with the payment provider. Pending payments do not grant credits. Repeated confirmation of the same purchase grants credits only once. For Google Play purchases, sign in to the app account used for the purchase and refresh the credit page to retry confirmation after an interruption.

Credits are deducted when you initiate a billable request; duplicate charges will be refunded after verification.

• Apple/Google: request refunds through the respective store, which applies its own rules.
• Non-delivery or duplicate charge: refund or reissue after verification.
• Digital content: virtual goods already delivered, unlocked or consumed are non-refundable without cause.

Non-store refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider. Statutory refund situations remain unaffected.

When Google Play revokes or refunds a credit-pack purchase, its credits are withdrawn once. If those credits were already spent, your paid balance may become negative; later purchases first offset that balance. Your statutory rights and Google Play refund rules remain applicable.

The service page shows the format, duration, time, price and cancellation rules. If a service is adjusted, you may negotiate rescheduling or a refund.
