Delete Account and Data

Delete your Fateverse account (Chinese name: 命运万象; Android package cn.zhiwo.app) and associated Fateverse service data here, without reinstalling or opening the app.

Confirm Before Deleting

After you submit, the following online data is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered:

  • Account profile, login credentials, and all active sessions;
  • Birth information, saved charts and castings, AI chats, readings, and relationship reports;
  • Community posts and replies, reminders, usage history, and remaining credits.

App-store subscriptions are managed by the store. Before deleting your account, turn off auto-renewal in the Apple App Store, Google Play, or your purchase channel.
