Delete Account and Data

This is the external account-deletion entry for Zhiwo. No need to reinstall or open the app.

Confirm Before Deleting

After you submit, the following online data is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered:

  • Account profile, login credentials, and all active sessions;
  • Birth information, saved charts and castings, AI chats, readings, and relationship reports;
  • Community posts and replies, reminders, usage history, and remaining credits.

App-store subscriptions are managed by the store. Before deleting your account, turn off auto-renewal in the Apple App Store, Google Play, or your purchase channel.

Verify and Delete

Your password is used only for this verification. Only accounts with a password are supported; WeChat-only users can delete directly in the iOS, Android, or mini app.
