How 日干-based 神煞 are located

Most 神煞 in this section use the 日干 (or, in some schools, 年干) as the reference and search the four 地支 for the matching branch. Each rule should state its reference point explicitly because schools sometimes differ.

天乙贵人

Method: use 日干 to locate one of two matching 地支 among the four pillars.
Common mnemonic: 甲戊庚牛羊, 乙己鼠猴乡, 丙丁猪鸡位, 壬癸蛇兔藏, 六辛逢虎马.
Interpretive theme: assistance, support, and an improved ability to resolve difficulty.
